Basic composition of stationary concrete batching plant

The stationary concrete batching plant is mainly composed of five major systems, such as main mixing machine, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, and other ancillary facilities.
1, mixing host
The mixing machine is forced stirring. The forced concrete mixer is the mainstream of the stationary concrete batching plant at home and abroad. It can mix a variety of concretes such as fluidity, semi-dryness and dryness. The forced concrete mixer is divided into a spindle planetary concrete mixer, a single-shaft concrete mixer and a twin-shaft concrete mixer according to the structure. Among them, the twin-shaft forced concrete mixer has the best comprehensive performance.

2, material weighing system
The material weighing system is a key component that affects the quality of concrete and the production cost of concrete. It is mainly divided into three parts: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. In the stationary concrete batching plant of more than 50 cubic meters per hour, the weighing method of each material is used independently, and all weighing is controlled by electronic scale and microcomputer.
3. Material conveying system
Material handling consists of three parts. Aggregate transportation: At present, the stationary concrete batching plant has two modes: hopper conveying and belt conveying. The advantages of the hopper lifting are small footprint and simple structure. Belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveyor is mainly suitable for mixing stations with aggregate storage bins, which increases the productivity of the mixing plant. Powder conveying: The powders available for concrete are mainly cement, fly ash and mineral powder. At present, the commonly used powder conveying method is screw conveyor conveying, and the large mixing building is transported by pneumatic conveying and scraping. The advantages of spiral conveying are simple structure, low cost and reliable use. Liquid transport mainly refers to water and liquid admixtures which are separately delivered by a water pump.
4, material storage system
The materials available for storage in concrete are basically the same. The aggregates are stacked with closed silos to ensure that the moisture content of the materials is not too large; the powders are stored in a fully enclosed steel structure silo; the admixtures are stored in steel structural containers.
5, control system
The control system of the concrete mixing plant is the central nerve of the complete set of equipment. The control system has different functions and configurations depending on the size of the mixing station. In general, the system of a large concrete batching plant is relatively complicated.
