The feeding method of diesel concrete mixer is orderly and can not mix materials after they are thrown randomly. According to the feeding method of different concrete mixers, the feeding method can be divided into one-time feeding method and two-time feeding method.

One-time feeding method is to add stones, cement and sand to the hopper of concrete mixer. For the self-falling concrete mixer, it is necessary to add some water in the cylinder first, and then add water in succession. For the forced concrete mixer, because the lower outlet is in the lower part, water can not be added first, so it is necessary to add water slowly and evenly while putting dry material into the concrete mixer.
Secondary feeding method is divided into ready-mixed cement mortar method, ready-mixed cement paste method and cement encapsulation method. The order of feeding is cement, sand and water to mix, then add stones; or add cement and water to mix, then add sand and stone; all stones, sand and 70% water to mix for 10-20 seconds, then add all cement to mix for 30 seconds, and finally add the remaining 30% water to mix. Mix it for 60 seconds.
The secondary feeding method used in concrete mixer production is formed by changing the feeding sequence and mixing mode on the basis of the traditional one-time feeding method.
