YHZS25 mobileconcrete mixing station which in a mobile unit, integrates ingredients, aggregate and cement measurement, lifting, mixing and water supply, pneumatic and electronic control. It is very convenient and fast to move.

1. Material distribution system with superior performance

The system has four silos with sieve mesh, which can store four kinds of sand and gravel with different particle sizes. The batching door is controlled by cylinder. Compared with the belt batching structure, the system is simple and reliable, and it will not run off and wear the belt.

2. Safe and reliable hoisting system

The system consists of hopper, track, intermediate hopper and hoisting mechanism.

3. Classical drum mixer

JZM500 concrete mixer belongs to double cone and reverse discharging concrete mixer. It has good mixing quality, low noise, stable operation, high productivity and long service life of mixing drum.

Each pair of high and low blades is welded in the mixing drum, and the angle is 500,400 on the axis of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates, the blades bring the material up. Because the blade inclines inward, the blade makes the material lift and fall while the left and right blades make the material slide in the opposite direction. The middle part forms cross material flow, which has strong stirring effect and achieves ideal stirring effect.

A pair of spiral blades are welded at the cone end of the discharging cone of the mixing drum. When the mixing drum rotates forward, the blade pushes the material to the center. When reversed, the material is lifted and discharged by the blade, and the discharging is clean and rapid.

The mixing drum is placed on four supporting wheels. Two motors are passed to the supporting axle through their respective reducer and coupling. The rubber wheel on the axle drives the mixing drum to rotate.
