Installation of mobile concrete mixing station

Concrete batching plant is divided into mobile and stationary type. Each equipment of mobile concrete mixing station is compactly installed on the transport vehicle, and the front of the transport vehicle can be separated from the frame.

The equipment installation of mobile concrete mixing station is the same as that of mobile crushing station: mixer, batching machine, screw conveyor, belt conveyor and silo are installed on the mobile frame. The silo is divided into three parts, which are filled with boulders, pebbles and sand respectively. The raw materials are measured and then conveyed to the diesel concrete mixer. Another filling bin is stored in fly ash, mineral powder, cement, screw conveyor discharge end is movable, just above the weighing scale there are three inlets, screw conveyor fly ash, mineral powder, cement through different inlets to weighing scale for proportion. The powder is added to the diesel concrete mixer, and the water is mixed with the admixture. The finished concrete is delivered to the site by transport vehicle.
