Standard installation of concrete batching plant

There are six steps for standard installation of stationary concrete batching plant.

I. Installation of Feeding System
Install a stationary concrete batching plant, expand the conveyor from the bending point, put the rear frame on its basis, connect the front and rear frames, connect the front and rear legs with the conveyor, connect the diagonal brace with the lugs on the frame, then lift the front part of the conveyor, connect the front and rear legs with diagonal brace, and finally fasten the foot bolts of the front and rear legs.
II. Lifting of concrete mixing machine
Lift the main frame, put it on the basis, and fasten its foot bolts.
III. Installation of batching bin
The finished product hopper is hoisted, the legs are erected, and the platform and ladder are connected with the finished product hopper. The proportioning system is based on it. The insertion boards are connected well. The elevation boards on both sides are retracted and connected with the insertion boards. Then the original aggregate conveyor is unfolded. The front and rear racks are connected well. The electric drum is aligned to the center of the head cover hole of the diesel concrete mixer. Finally, the anchor bolts are tightened.
IV. Installation of cement silos
The components of the cement silo are assembled on the ground one by one, the cement silo is lifted, the upper and lower silos are fixed, and the foot bolts are fixed at last.
V. Installation of Spiral Feeder
The screw conveyor is hoisted, the ball hinge of the screw conveyor is connected with the outlet of the cement bin, so that the outlet of the outlet is connected with the inlet of the positive powder hopper. Then the conveyor is connected with the lifting lug of the cement bin with a wire rope, and finally the anchor bolt is fixed.
VI. Other Annexes
Lift the pump in the right place and connect the output pipe. Put the air compressor on the side of the finished hopper, connect the air compressor outlet with the air control box inlet, and connect the air control box outlet with the gas pipe leading to the broken arch of the cement bin.
