1. before the start of the concrete mixer machine should be checked: the direction of mixing and the unloading device turn to the same as the marking, otherwise it can not work, to damage the machine (Note: turn wrong, should change the two joints in the three-phase line, to ensure the correct).

2. according to the concrete mix proportion of the material into the container, the loading can not first release water and cement, easy to cause the diesel concrete mixer to rotate, machine damage; loading the first stone, sand, cement, rotation to add water. First mix half of the required materials and then add the other half.

3. in the mixing process of double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer, do not insert the hand and hard rod into the bucket to avoid danger.

4. unload or reset should be well protected, when unloading, the angle of rotation should not exceed the front unload baffle, unloading and reset although there is a travel switch limit, but at the same time, it is necessary to prevent the failure of the trip switch from failure.

5. the mixing bucket and the frame cross beam must be implemented. If it is not true, the switch is put into effect. Otherwise, the mixing bucket has a sloshing phenomenon when mixing the concrete, and it is easy to damage the machine.

6. Must clean the remaining mortar in the barrel after use, otherwise the bonded mortar will affect future use, long-term use should not be coated with rust-proof oil.
