What are the models and specifications of concrete plant

What are the specifications and models of concrete plant? How to distinguish the specifications and models of concrete batching plants in China at present? The specifications of concrete batching plants are usually named according to the size of the discharged materials. For example, HZS240 is 240 cubic meters per hour of discharged materials. The common concrete mixing stations are: HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS150, HZS180, HZS240, etc.

Concrete plant is mainly composed of mixing main engine, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system and control system, etc. 5 systems and other ancillary facilities. Compared with the station aggregate measurement, the building aggregate measurement reduces four intermediate links and is vertical cutting measurement, which saves the measurement time and greatly improves the production efficiency.

The specifications and models of stationary concrete batching plants can be distinguished as follows: group code HL is concrete mixing building, HZ is concrete batching plants ; number of installed units can be omitted using Arabic numeral standard; mixer type D is single horizontal axis, T is planetary, S is double horizontal axis, F is conical inclined discharging type, W is conical slurry type, Z is conical inversion type. The main parameter code is productivity, m3/h.

Taking HZS150 stationary concrete batching plant as an example:

H - Represents concrete

Z - means mixing station, if mixing building, the letter L means mixing station.

S - indicates that the mixer (main engine) is mandatory double horizontal axis machine, if mandatory single horizontal axis machine is represented by the letter D.

_150 - means that a 3 m3 mixer produces a plate of 3 m3 ash in one minute, 60 minutes in one hour and 50 times in theory. The corresponding concrete output is 3 *50=150 m3. If "2" is added before these symbols, it means that the mixing station is equipped with two units (double lines), such as double 150 stations, which means 2HZS300. In fact, a production line of HZS150 concrete mixing plant can not produce 150 m3 concrete per hour in general. According to GB/T10171, if a forced mixer is used in a periodic mixing station, its working cycle number should be (> 40 times/h) when the main engine is 1.5m3~2m3. Taking 120 stations equipped with 2m3 as an example, its ash output should be (> 80m3/h) and (> 35 times/h) when the main engine is larger than 2m3 to 4m3.
